COVID-19 Statement:
Care home visitors by appointment only.
Last Updated 9.5.2021

Visiting a loved one in the main care home

To protect our residents we are operating an appointment system for key, named visitors only to the main care home.

Please contact us in advance to book an appointment, do not visit without an appointment as you may be turned away. Once you have booked your visit you will receive further guidance on where visits will take place and relevant health and safety procedures.

You can arrange to take a resident out of the home, e.g. for trips to a local park. Please inform the home in advance.

Please note: for visits in the home and trips out, you will be asked to complete or provide evidence of a recent negative lateral test before your visit can commence.

Visiting pod: We have a visiting pod for additional non-contact visitors (behind a Perspex screen) these are also by appointment only.

Zoom calls: We can continue organise remote video calls via Zoom.

We continue to monitor this and follow local and national guidelines - therefore visits may be subject to change at short notice to protect our residents, visitors and staff.
