Residential Care: Individuals that require 24-hour assistance due to a medical condition and or personal living requirements (subject to an assessment).
Dementia Care: Individuals who have been diagnosed with dementia and are no longer able to live independently requiring 24 hour care (Limited spaces and subject to being able to meet the individuals needs).
Respite Care: For individuals that need temporary support and living arrangements. Example:- if they have been in hospital and need extra support whilst recovering or whilst their main carer is on holiday,
Sheltered Housing: With domiciliary care visits. When the individual has the capacity for living independently. With support on hand if required.
