To protect our residents we ask that you do not visit the Complex.
The site is currently in lockdown to all non-essential visitors..All essential / emergency visits will continue and will be coordinated in line with guidance
A member of the Management Team will be on duty daily.
The Manager will maintain contact with the main home even when not on duty via the internet and telephone.
Contacting your Family / Friends: We will keep family/friends updated by telephone and you are welcome to contact us and your family member by telephone/email and Skype calls can be coordinated.
Where possible please call your family members own personal phone
Domiciliary Care (Cottages)
All non-essential contact i.e. daily visits with those in the Complex, will be completed over the phone
Daily telephone conversations are taking place between all complex residents and the Domiciliary Care staff
Meals for those that require them will be taken to their home in line with regulations.
Maintenance: Non-emergency maintenance has been cancelled.
Activities: Activity packs are being given out with the newsletters. We have children from various schools in the process of sending warm wishes to all the residents in and outside of the home as part of their course work.
Chapel: In line with guidance the chapel is closed for the foreseeable future. The Torch Trust, Homestead Singers and all church services are all postponed, Please contact these groups directly for further information and guidance.
Rev Tony Avery will be keeping in contact with the residents via personal telephone calls and also a written message.
On a positive note: Bethany was chosen as one of the charities that received some perishable good e.g. biscuits, Easter eggs etc from T.K Max who are ceasing trading for the moment. To the total of £1,128.21(non-retail price). We would like to thank them for thinking of us in these times.
